Everyone wants a healthy lifestyle, but not everyone is exerting effort to have one. In our daily life, we move our body to perform physical activities. Regular exercise is one of the keys to obtain a healthy and fit body. It involves a series of repetitive movements that are performed to strengthen or develop a particular part of the body, including cardiovascular system.

Exercising is far from doing proper exercise. We are unaware sometimes that even though we do exercise, we are not executing it well. First, we must do stretching before anything else. Stretching is so important so that our muscles and bone will be prepared and be in good condition before doing physical activities. There are a lot of ways in exercising, such as walking, jogging, running, planking, squats, and even weight lifting. Each of them have proper procedures on how to execute them to be considered it as a proper exercise.

  • feel better – with more energy, a better mood, feel more relaxed and sleep better

Self-love is something we must prioritize. Life becomes simpler and lighter when you love yourself more than things simply become lighter and easier. If you won’t value yourself, you won’t value your time until you value your time, you will not do anything with it. If you truly love yourself start it with yourself, go outside and take care of your body, walk jog and run every day make it a routine inside or outside home. Sitting and just lying in your bed can’t make your day productive put yourself at the top of your to-do list every single day and the rest will fall into place, do better stand up and do proper exercise, it is the most important part of the day, don’t miss out. Take care your body as you want to take care of yourself. To enjoy the glow of self-esteem, stimulate fitness.
